Adams is a serial entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of the Aisha Adams Media Group and partner organization Equity Over Everything, which advances equity by closing gaps in entrepreneurship and homeownership in low-resource communities. She is the program developer for the Lenoir-Rhyne Equity and Diversity Institute (LREDI), which teaches strategies for equitable leadership,
Allison (she/hers) is a social worker, collaborator, system-thinker, and lover of big ideas. For the last 19 years, Allison has worked in complex social systems building skill at engaging in hard conversations, navigating the layers of complexity that are constantly at play, and holding space for all that comes up in moments when chaos is at hand. She has a unique ability to bridge seemingly different systems, often finding the points of connection and weaving in information to expand views that restrict collaboration. She is especially skilled at explaining complex content in relatable and meaningful ways which leads to a common language and cohesive vision to shift “business as usual.”
Michael is founder and executive director of Umoja Health, Wellness, and Justice Collective. Umoja is a place for community. It takes many voices, hands, and hearts to move the work forward. The core team holds the space and allows community to move in and around, creating moments of connection and healing.
