At Aisha Adams Media, we believe entrepreneurship is the ability to move from ideation to the commercial sphere, and we recognize the complex nature of that process.
The Entrepreneurial Accelerator was designed to close the gaps in knowledge, technology, and resources that often prevent entrepreneurs from thriving.
We’d love to bring our workshops to Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Networks, CDFI’s who provide coaching and technical assistance, high schools, colleges and universities, organizations, clubs, etc…

The EOE Approach: The Entreprenuerial Inclusive Learning Lab
Our signature Inclusive Learning Labs provide high quality, practical, culturally competent, interactive workshops. Our Learning Lab Series have valuable outcomes that help participants expand their knowledge of vital business concepts in an optimal learning environment.
In an Inclusive Intensive Learning Environment, inclusive teaching is demonstrated.
Inclusive teaching happens when a range of approaches are taken to teach a concept. Those approaches must consider the diverse needs and backgrounds of all participants.
The Accelerator places a unique value on teaching in order to close actual knowledge gaps. This is done by instructors modeling concepts by using a curriculum that resonates with their clients.
EOE Approach: The Entrepreneurial Accelerator’s Resource Bar
The Entrepreneurial Accelerator provides a menu of helpful resources through our community partnerships, vendors, and event sponsors. These resources provide activated booths.
We know that the activated sponsorship gives organizations a way to connect deeply to the participants and build a rapport. The activated booth is a field marketing strategy that serves to increase the return on investment for participating organizations and to provide real-time resources for individual Entrepreneurial Accelerator participants.
By developing relationships at the Resource Bar, the participants plug themselves into the larger entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In a learning laboratory, students are given the opportunity to experiment.
Experimenting means having an opportunity to succeed and fail. Participants are not expected to get it all in one course. They have an opportunity to ponder intensely over the material for over 3 days with access to their cohort, their teacher, and technical assistance who will act as an interventionist. Additionally, all cohort members are given 12 month digital and 1:1 support via EOE: The Entrepreneurial Accelerator Facebook Group.

EOE Approach: The Entrepreneurial Accelerator’s Asset Lab
The Entrepreneurial Accelerator provides adequate and appropriate technical assistance and technology to help create and enhance assets in participants’ businesses. Participants obtain assistance around assets like one-page websites, graphics, headshots, podcasts, video, etc..
We understand how critical access to adequate and appropriate tools is to moving into the commercial space. We offer a DIY Style Learning laboratory where we encourage our participants to create sales pages, update fonts, complete style guides, take product and/or headshots to create content with the technology and the assistance afforded to them.
